OWNER & PROJECT MANAGERTim grew up in Nova Scotia and obtained his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
Although originally from the east coast, Tim spent most of his career working in Alberta. He held various project and senior leadership roles in conventional power, oil and gas, and energy transition sectors for over 25 years.
Tim successfully delivered projects spanning from maintenance programs valued at $1-10 million to large capital programs exceeding $4 billion.
He has experience from both the owner’s side and the service sector including engineering, fabrication, and field construction and has been a part of various execution models involving stage gates and joint venture partnerships.
Tim draws from a broad range of project experience to provide a balanced approach to project delivery and is often able to unlock value for his clients, even on the most challenging projects.
In his spare time Tim enjoys exploring the outdoors on either a horse, ATV, or snowmobile. Most evenings you can find Tim practicing for western cowhorse competitions with his daughter.

CONSULTANTMarc grew up in Northern Alberta and studied both Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, where he still resides today. He has over 35 years experience in various roles within the oil and gas industry which were derived from both the service sector and owner’s sides, and includes the full gamut of designing, engineering, fabrication, construction, and operation activities.
Throughout his career, Marc has held several senior positions within the realm of Facilities Engineering & Construction, Technical Field Operations, Project Services, Supply Chain Management, and Career / Business Advisory.
Marc has serviced on both profit and non-profit boards, and has directly lead, or was an integral part of teams that lead numerous corporate changes and implementations of initiative such as several stage-gate type project execution models, corporate accounting/control systems, SAP enterprise system, and countless departmental and discipline specific changes, processes, and procedures.
While Marc is now semi-retired, he draws from this broad range of corporate experiences to provide an advisory type sounding board to individuals seeking additional coaching, mentorship and change management assistance on a part time basis.
When he is not providing these services, you will either find him fabricating in his workshop, travelling and playing in the great outdoors, or being a general “Handy-Man” for friends and family.

CONSULTANTTony spent his childhood in Pictou, Nova Scotia, before starting a 30-year military career, graduating from Royal Military College of Canada with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. His postings across Canada and abroad included operational and institutional responsibilities as well as advanced education in tactical, operational, and strategic planning and leadership.
Domestically, he was responsible for the annual multi-million-dollar capital programming, operations and maintenance; strategic level capital program coordination for the land bases from western Ontario to British Columbia; managing ENCAN and British Treaty land use agreements; and the enterprise operation of the largest Army Base. He chaired Workplace Health and Safety Committees, Labour Relations Committees, and Long-Term Strategic Infrastructure Committees and represented DND for federal and provincial coordination.
Tony deployed overseas to Cyprus, former Yugoslavia, Bosnia, and Afghanistan missions as the military engineer responsible for physical security, camp development and construction, operational and strategic mobility operations, and contingency planning and terrain coordination for multi-national forces.
Settling in Fredericton to give his family stability, Tony commenced a 10-year career with the New Brunswick Government, in both official languages, as the director of educational facilities, transportation, safety, and security; the director for strategic alignment for a department; and Acting Assistant Deputy Minister for Local Government.
Finally, retiring from 40 years of public service, Tony now provides leadership development seminars and senior management coaching, as well as discreet contract services as an advisor for challenging and sensitive situations. Otherwise, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, or helping family and neighbors.

CONSULTANTJamie grew up in the North Okanagan Valley and started his educational journey at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where he became a Journeyman Steamfitter. Seeking further knowledge, Jamie pursued studies at the University of Calgary, graduating in Construction Administration, and later acquiring expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Jamie's professional career has been rooted in oil and gas construction. Beginning at a Piling contractor as a labourer, Jamie advanced from being an apprentice steamfitter/pipe-fitter to become an experienced Construction Manager. His skills led him through various roles, specializing in constructibility for engineering firms and owner organizations, and eventually focusing on scheduling and specialized construction planning.
Jamie embodies a wealth of experience and a commitment to delivering excellence in construction planning and analytics.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jamie enjoys motorcycles and family time. He spends his time riding scenic routes in the summer and snowboarding in the winter with his wife and daughter.
